Life demands transitions. How students learn to approach transition is what determines the outcome of their changes. By keeping students at the center of the learning process, we’ve developed planners that help students progress from one school environment to another, moving them along a learning continuum. This helps them overcome pitfalls and navigate obstacles as they advance through their education.
